Privacy Policy

Information on the processing of personal data under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR). This policy covers the website www.aers.cz and the enquiries you send us.

2. What data we process

Enquiries. When you contact us through the contact form, by email or by phone, we process the data you provide yourself:

  • name,
  • company name,
  • email address and phone number,
  • the content of your enquiry and any other details you include in it.

For the contact form we also record the page of the website it was sent from.

Website visitors. When you visit the website, its hosting provider processes technical data, in particular your IP address, browser details and the time of access. This is necessary to run and secure the website and to protect the form against spam.

The website uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools.

  • Answering your enquiry, preparing an offer and negotiating a contract – taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; where you act on behalf of a company, the Controller’s legitimate interest in communicating with business partners under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Consulting enquiries and orders with our parent company – the Controller’s legitimate interest in cooperation within the group under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Running and securing the website and protecting it against spam – the Controller’s legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Protecting the Controller’s legal claims – the Controller’s legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Providing your data is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot reply. We do not use the data to send marketing messages, and no automated decision-making or profiling takes place.

4. Retention period

We keep data from enquiries for as long as we are handling them and then for no more than 3 years from the last contact, unless we enter into a contract. If we do, further processing is governed by the information you receive with the contract. Technical data is kept only as long as necessary to run and secure the website. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.

5. Recipients of personal data

The following service providers process data on the Controller’s behalf:

  • Netlify, Inc. (USA) – website hosting, receipt of contact form messages and spam protection,
  • Microsoft (Microsoft 365) – email communication.

We may consult enquiries and orders with our parent company FENIX Group a.s., Slezská 2/535, 790 01 Jeseník, Czech Republic. We do not disclose data to anyone else unless required to by law.

6. Transfers outside the EU

Contact form messages are stored by Netlify, Inc. on servers in the USA. The transfer relies on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, which form part of the data processing agreement with Netlify. Microsoft 365 stores data within the EU.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing and to data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise your rights, email info@aers.cz; we will respond without undue delay and within one month at the latest. To avoid disclosing data to the wrong person, we may ask you to verify your identity.

If you believe that our processing of your data breaches the GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic.

8. Effective date

This policy is effective from 12 October 2026.
